Adam Ward, Co-Founder and CEO
Adam brings more than 15 years of management experience in technology, communication, advertising, finance and construction to eSilverBullet.
Prior to eSilverBullet, Adam was the VP of operations for Eclipse Services, general manager at the Daily Utah Chronicle, financial analyst and cash manager for PeopleWorks, and owner of Adam Ward Dirt Works. He enjoys music and climbing.
Adam has an MBA from Tulane University and a BA in journalism from Utah State University.
Brian Burnett, Co-Founder and COO
Brian brings more than 15 years of technical and management expertise to eSilverBullet.
Prior to eSilverBullet, Brian was a senior logistics analyst and team lead at Dynamics Research Corporation, president of Tribeta Holding LLC, president of Premier Digital Home Cinemas, and founder and CFO of NetAnywhere.
Brian trained at the ATT Training Center and the Siemens Nixdorf Center.
Jed Malmberg, Co-Founder and Director of Marketing
Jed brings more than 5 years of technical sales experience to eSilverBullet.
Prior to eSilverBullet, Jed was a technical lead at MarketStar where he provided channel support for Intel and Microsoft. He also worked as an affiliate manager for WebJamAds. He enjoys snowmobiling and hunting.
Jed has a BS in technical sales from Weber State University.
Greg Cole, Chief Technology Officer
Greg founded his first Internet software company in 1997. In 2006, his second company was recognized as the third-fastest growing company in Utah. In 2006 and 2007, Merrill Lynch nominated Greg as a candidate for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
With a foundation in programming fundamentals as a computer science major at Brigham Young University, he brings a wealth of knowledge for what is possible in the eCommerce industry. Greg is a visionary and enjoys innovating solutions to consumer pain points in ways that will differentiate our products from those of our competitors. He has the ability to move with the demanding changes of the Internet, work with the executive team to create a plan, and successfully implement it.
Scott Wilson, VP of Customer Acquisition
Scott is a sales, customer service and operations pro who has led organizations for Fortune 500 companies as well as venture-backed start-ups. He has been working in the Internet industry for nearly 20 years with companies like America Online and GolfNow.com, the leader in eCommerce solutions for the golf industry.
Scott has been part of some great successes which he attributes to a good bit of luck along with an inherent ability to identify emerging opportunities. He is passionate about client satisfaction and finding the right web-based solutions that will make their lives easier while growing their businesses faster.
Scott received his Bachelor's of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Dale Pedersen, Director of Web Strategy and Implementation
Dale brings more than 15 years of experience in web marketing, ecommerce, technology, and management to eSilverBullet.
Prior to eSilverBullet, Dale was a VP at ZMG, an online media company, where he led strategy, development, and marketing of community, social, and eCommerce web properties. He has experience in web marketing, product management, SEO, SEM, web content writing, video production, communications, elearning, and user interface at companies such as Sorenson Communications, Spillman Technologies, Intermountain Healthcare, and the State of Utah. He enjoys consumer electronics, photography, and entrepreneurship.
Dale earned a master's degree in English; Technical and Professional Writing from Utah State University, and a bachelor's degree in Business/Health Services Administration from Weber State University.
